The products produced and sold by Shanghai Chipanalog Microelectronics Co., Ltd. comply with the requirements of the EU RoHs Directive (EU) 2015/863 and the requirements of Halogen free. Our company also requires suppliers to ensure that the raw materials used to process our products meet the EU RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863 and the requirements of Halogen free.
This statement shall come into effect upon signing and stamping.

Based on the concept of being responsible for the environment and customers, Shanghai Chipanalog Microelectronics Co., Ltd. solemnly makes the commitments and statements: we guarantees that our products can meet the requirements of the EU REACH regulation for Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) according to the EU REACH regulations (i.e. regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, which is concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). We also requires suppliers to ensure that the raw materials used to process our products meet the requirements of the EU REACH regulation for Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) (the content of SVHC substances is less than 0.1%)
If the EU SVHC list is updated and it is confirmed that the SVHC candidate substances in our products are greater than 0.1%, our company will provide the necessary information in accordance with the requirements of the REACH regulation.
This statement shall come into effect upon signing and stamping, and is valid until the European Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 is changed.

As a socially responsible company, Shanghai Chipanalog Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chipanalog Microelectronics”) understands the impact of its production activities and products on society and the environment.
the commitments: The metals used or contained in Chipanalog Microelectronics’ products are not from Congo (DRC) and neighboring countries (see Note 1), as well as “conflict minerals” in areas controlled by any armed forces in these countries (see Note 2);
Chipanalog Microelectronics truthfully fills in and replies to the investigation on “conflict minerals” and provides other information, and promises the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the content replied and the information provided;
Chipanalog Microelectronics promises to establish a complete conflict minerals policy, management system and investigation framework consistent with the guidelines published by the EICC, and require the suppliers to meet the same standards;
If Chipanalog Microelectronics bring losses to your company’s economy and reputation because of violating this commitment, Chipanalog Microelectronics shall bear the corresponding economic and legal responsibilities.
